Ladybower Reservoir Trail Half Marathon and Ultra is set around one of England's largest reservoirs, which is an ideal trail running location in The Peak District. Starting from Bamford Recreation Ground, both routes are hilly loop courses on mixed terrain including trail, gravel and road. The 50km ultra marathon route includes approximately 1500m ascent and the half marathon 550m. There is a 12 hour cut off for the 50km event.
