5k Race: walk/run forest trail, obstacle race, or 4 person team obstacle course. Course offers 27+ obstacles and awards given out at the end ceremony. For the runners looking for more there is the obstacle course. This forest 5k course offers 27+ obstacles including a heavy hoist, traverse rope climb over water, spear throw, 10 foot gradle wall, and a Z wall 2.0. This course offers everything for upper body and core strength, concentration, agility, endurance, balance and much more.
