Race Information

The annual Run for Jeev Memorial 5K Run/Walk is held in memory of Sanjeev Panja. All proceeds of the race go to the Run For Jeev Foundation, a 501(c) nonprofit organization. In the years leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic, feelings of persistent sadness and hopelessnessโ€”as well as suicidal thoughts and behaviorsโ€”increased by about 40% among young people, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Run For Jeev Foundation's mission is to make a difference by creating community initiatives, mental health awareness training, and access to tools and resources. The foundation believes that no one should have to struggle alone. Together, we can prevent suicide in young people!
