Ella's Race is in honor of Ella Newmiller, the daughter of a Raleigh family who passed away from Diffused Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). DIPG is a rare and aggressive brain tumor that currently has no cure and all funds from the race go towards The Cure Starts Now for research into brain cancer. Ella's Race is hosted by Chick-fil-A Falls Village and Six Forks & Strickland and all participants will receive a free Chick-fil-A breakfast.
