The Wakefield Covered Bridge Run will take you through some of Wakefield’s most beautiful and picturesque landscapes.
Whether you’re running up “Quad Buster Hill” in the half marathon or 10km trail run through Gatineau Park, or crossing the historical covered bridge in any one of the road events, the Wakefield Covered Bridge Run promises a safe, challenging, and unique running experience.
Participation in this race helps raise funds for the Wakefield Recreation Association, the Sentiers Wakefield Trails, and the Wakefield Community Emergency Fund in the Municipality of La Pêche. Over the past 9 years, this run has raised $54,812.50 that goes to the ongoing commitment to the recreation, health, and well-being of the community.
