Race Information

An annual marathon, half-marathon, 10k and 5k weekend event held in Hamilton, ON, roughly forty minutes outside of Toronto. Saturday's events include the 5k and 10k while the marathon and half-marathon take place on Sunday.

The race meets at Confederation Park, on the east side of Hamilton. Shuttles will ferry marathon and half-marathon participants to the start line at the ArcelorMittal Dofasco Park. All of the races finish at Confederation Park.

Ranked as the #1 Boston Marathon qualifier race in Canada, the Hamilton Road2Hope attracts runners from the world over to run and is noted for its size and the speed at which it can be completed. Cool temperatures, rural routes, and portions of the run on the waterfront are all highlights of the Hamilton Road2Hope Marathon.

This run frequently appears on top ten lists and best run guides across Canada.
