The Health Dash is a 5K/10K/1-mile race put on by the OU Community Health Alliance to support free community clinics in the Oklahoma City area. This is and annual race and they're hoping to significantly help their partner clinics! The race benefits a designated clinic! With the Oklahoma uninsured rate at 13.8% (the second highest in the country), these free clinics are of vital importance to many Oklahomans – for some, they are the only means of receiving health care. Help them support these clinics with the 1 mile Fun Walk, and have a chance to win in the 5k and 10K races! This will be the first live Health Dash since 2019, so come out and support free clinics in OKC!
