Kick off the Oak Harbor Music Festival weekend with the most rockin’ 5k ever! Take steps together for the annual Steps ROCK ‘n’ ROLL STROLL to support families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. You are invited to bring the whole family to join the fun and dress up as your favorite rock star! The day begins at Windjammer Park in Oak Harbor, WA, on Whidbey Island. The course follows the sparkling waterfront out to Catalina Park at the Marina and back to Windjammer Park.
