Sound the Alarm 5K (STA5K) happens on a gentle out-and-back course perfect for runners and walkers of all ages. All proceeds go to Supporting Heroes, an organization that helps the families of first responders who are lost in the line of duty. Run, walk, and support those who selflessly support us. All participants receive a commemorative T-shirt, race bib, finisher medal, and a swag bag with registration.
