Be An Angel hosts the annual Walt Cunningham Angels’ Race for Space presented by the Ray Schlaff Family, which raises funds for Be An Angel to improve the quality of life for children with special needs by providing adaptive equipment, hearing devices, respite care, select services, and support programs. Celebrate the accomplishments of Apollo 7 Astronaut Walt Cunningham as you join the kick-off of this annual 5k to honor his memory and help the children he loved. The race offers views of Space Center Houston, one of a kind finisher medals, family fun, and an opportunity to give back to Be An Angel.
