Join others in Alameda Point, Alameda, for a run around the waterfront.
Beer City Half includes half-marathon, 10k, and 5k races, as well as the Beer Stroll and Beat the Beast, a beer mile that challenges you to outrun and outdrink the Beer City Beast! The post-race celebration includes beer from the great, local Alameda and Bay Area breweries. Taste them all until 12 pm! Runners receive a shirt, a custom Beer City tasting glass for the finish celebration, and the coveted Key to Beer City Alameda.
Beer City Half runs from Radium Runway, which is immediately adjacent to Waterfront Park, out and around Alameda Point West, by Faction Brewing, Almanac Brewing, Admiral Malting, and The Rake.
After the beer tasting and beast racing, move over to one of the local breweries for Shindig, the Beer City after party that serves as home base for the Beer Trolley, which visits all the breweries you have met in the morning. The Beer Trolley is free for registered runners.
