Friends of the Children New York is a chapter of a nationwide organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty through salaried, professional mentoring. Childern in New York are selected who are facing multiple systemic obstacles and this organization commits to working with those children from kindergarten to graduation, for 12+ years, no matter what. This Annual 'Run With Friends' 5K is an opportunity for people like you to get involved in this life-changing work. Walk, run, or jog to make a positive impact on New York's youth!
