The annual National Funding 5K Run/Walk at the Port of San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade is a community event that promotes health, wellness and San Diego FUN on a beautiful Waterfront Course!
The race begins at the corner of Harbor Drive behind the San Diego Convention Center. It continues north along the marina walkway making a loop through Embarcadero Park, finishing on the walkway just in time to catch the first band and balloons as they parade by.
The Race Awards ceremony will take place at center stage. Awards will be given to the top three male and female 5K finishers in each age division.

Enjoy miles of fast and flat stretches, bay views, and ocean breezes on November 2, 2024.
With a Half Marathon and 5K, both courses feature a scenic loop route around San Diego's water wonderland, Mission Bay.
All runners will score a tech participant fee and a finisher medal unique to each distance.
