Join the Bishop Ranch community on Thanksgiving Day for the running of the Bishop Ranch Turkey Trot! You and other participants will gather at Bishop Ranch City Center in San Ramon for a run around the lakes and gardens. These are chip-timed races on a flat course that has both pavement and packed dirt. Come and run or cheer. Or both!
Costumes are welcome, so break out your turkey suit! Here are the ways to take part:
- The FAST Turkey 5k is a race designed for people who will finish in under 40 minutes. Finish with the cheering crowd!
- The Festive 5k is a race for everyone else. Finish with a smile on your face!
- The TINY Turkey is a short run around the City Center for children under 5. Finish with your family beaming at you! This is a 50-yard dash that's very fun. Get your camera/cell phone ready!
