Organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), Run for Mississauga raises funds for the Trillium Health Partners. The goal is to support the local community and bring people together for a noble cause. The Run brings out serious and casual runners and walkers from all walks of life. Participants come with their families and enjoy the festivities of the day.

This race features a certified course that finishes at Exhibition Place on Toronto's lake shore. 18,000+ runners from 72 countries participated in the 2024 event across the marathon, half, 10k, and 5k distances.
