Welcome to UTC's first annual urban trail race, Albion Ascent! This transit accessible, chip timed, urban trail adventure promises a mix of concrete paved paths, dirt trails and technical trails that show off Hamilton’s hidden wonders. Rivers, waterfalls, forests and stunning fall colours will make this race extra special. And being in the city means you can quickly find your way to a burger joint post race to refuel! The 10 and 21km routes take runners onto the Bruce Trail and pass multiple waterfalls, including the incredible Felker's Falls and Devil's Punch Bowl! All three routes run through the spectacular King's Forest and along the picturesque Albion Creek.
