The Arnold Sports Festival is one of the largest multi-sport events in the WORLD! Sign up for the Arnold Pump & Run 5K or the run/walk-only Arnold 5K. The Arnold Pump & Run 5K lets you both bench press and run a 5K, or while the Arnold 5K is a run/walk only. Participants for these events get the following: a quality event t-shirt, a great finisher medal, an event-specific race number, and free entry into the Arnold Fitness EXPO on a designated day.
