Squamish Days 8k
The Squamish Days 8K course is a fast, flat, out-and-back route with a paved shoulder, minimal traffic and is friendly to wheelchair athletes. There is also a Stroller and Team Division.
The "Flashback mile" commemorates one of the first runs to be held in Squamish. It doubles as a kids run, and a fun option for adults looking to test their speed over a short distance, or who are just getting into running.
Post race includes draw prizes, awards and refreshments. Shower facilities available.
