Race Information

The Schlitz Park 5K Run by the River is the only downtown 5K and 2-mile walk that takes runners along the Milwaukee Riverwalk, through Brewers' Hill, and around the historic Schlitz Brewery-turned-office campus. The 5K race was started by the late Gary Grunau, the previous owner of the Schlitz Park campus, whose impact on both development and philanthropy changed the downtown scene as we know it.
