The Unified 5k and AdaptXpo is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo that fosters community, connection, and competition. The event emphasizes building inclusive communities, creating opportunities, and making fitness and physical activity accessible for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. There's a one mile and 5k course and allow participants to walk, run, roll, or row the distance. The AdaptXpo educates our communities about adaptive sports and fitness.
