Join the Glenside 5K Run / 1-Mile Fun Walk and support the 4th of July celebration, proudly hosted by the Greater Glenside Patriotic Association (GGPA). Since 1904, Glenside has celebrated Independence Day with a full day of community fun—including their beloved parade and fireworks. Did you know it’s 100% funded by donations? By signing up, you’ll help keep this cherished tradition going strong.
Please help the GGPA by asking 50 family members, friends, coworkers, or neighbors to donate $1 or more to support the cherished July 4th festivities. Proceeds benefit the fireworks display. In Memory of Michael Gillespie: Keep the Parade Running honors the memory of Michael Gillespie, a beloved public servant, retired Abington Township Police officer, and true Glenside icon who passed away in 2009.
