Race Information

The Trooper Brinkerhoff 5K/10K is an annual race held in memory of Trooper Robert Brinkerhoff, offering participants the opportunity to compete in either a 5K or 10K run/walk through the scenic valley of Boston, NY, along 18 Mile Creek. The race starts and finishes at the Town Park, with awards for top finishers in various age groups, including male and female categories, masters, and law enforcement divisions.

In addition to the individual races, there is a special Law Enforcement Team Challenge, where teams of three compete in a 5K, with combined times determining the winners. This event also includes kids' races, a post-race ceremony with awards and raffles, and plenty of community engagement. It's a meaningful event that honors the legacy of a fallen officer while promoting fitness and camaraderie within the local community.
