The Delightful® Run for Women, presented by Sara Lee® Delightful® Bread, is a celebrated community event held in downtown Albany, New York. Participants can choose between a scenic in-person 5K race through the heart of the city or a flexible virtual 5K, allowing runners to complete the distance on their own schedule and course. The event weekend includes a Health & Fitness Expo, free Kids Runs, and the Capital Kids 3K, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle for youth. Whether running or walking, the Delightful® Run for Women offers an empowering experience for all participants.
