Race Information

This inspiring 5K run/walk is part of Wounded Warrior Project’s Carry Forward series, hosted in communities nationwide and virtually. Participants join together to honor and empower wounded veterans through physical challenge, with options to run, jog, or walk the course. To amplify their support, runners can choose to carry a flag, a weight, or even another person—symbolic gestures that represent the burdens and sacrifices of those who served. Whether crossing a scenic trail or a community road, every step and fundraising effort helps sustain WWP’s free programs in mental health, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitation, making it a meaningful experience for civilians and military families alike.
