Hosted at Northstar California in Truckee, California, this scenic trail event offers two course options—a 50K ultra and a shorter 15K route—both winding through soaring pine forests, rugged rocky summits, and flowing singletrack ski-area trails. With the 50 K serving as the only California‑based qualifier for the prestigious Life Time Leadville Trail 100 Run, athletes are treated to a challenging 4,700 ft (for 50K) or 1,500 ft (for 15K) elevation gain on varied terrain before finishing amidst the vibrant finish‑festival atmosphere at Northstar’s Overlook Village.
