Race Information
The Québec Mega Trail (QMT) is a flagship trail-running festival held each summer in the Québec City region, weaving through the wild landscapes of Charlevoix and Côte-de-Beaupré toward Mont‑Sainte‑Anne. The event features a wide range of distances for all levels—courses span from a 1 km kids’ fun run up to the grueling 135 km ultra (with about 6,000 m of elevation gain)—including popular 50 km, 80 km, and 25 km options. A true race‑festival — jog through diverse terrain, including the Sentier des Caps, Mestachibo trail, canyon views, waterfalls, and double ascents of Mont‑Sainte‑Anne. The weekend also features music, yoga, talks, and a vibrant community vibe.
