Fostering 5K & Kids Dash brings together runners, walkers, and families in Jacksonville, Texas, to raise awareness for the urgent need for foster families in Cherokee County. Held at East Side Elementary School, the event includes both a 5K and a Kids Dash, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities. Proceeds benefit Fostering Bridges, supporting foster care recruitment and services. The course emerges from a community-centered spirit—uniting movement with mission in a supportive, family-friendly atmosphere.
