Start your Labor Day with purpose, movement, and community at the Labor of Love โ€“ Merging Forces Run.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Long Beachโ€™s waterfront, this race begins near the iconic lighthouse at Shoreline Village and takes you on a scenic route through the village and out onto the beautiful beach path. Itโ€™s one of the most vibrant and picturesque courses the city has to offerโ€”perfect for runners, walkers, and everyone in between. 

This special event is proudly hosted in partnership with Merge Opportunities, a nonprofit dedicated to creating pathways for underserved youth, system-impacted individuals, and transitioning foster youth. Through job training, mentorship, and essential support services, Merge empowers individuals to rebuild, reconnect, and move forward with purpose.
