Welcome to the Backyard Ultra of Northern Utah — the perfect course for your Backyard Ultra! The Mantua Reservoir Trail is exactly 4.1 miles on a Loop - no out and backs just to make the mileage. The Loop will make each yard fly by seamlessly. Picture the headlamps surrounding the lake during the nighttime hours. The race is situated on Mantua Reservoir, so there will be no shortage of scenery and wildlife to make your race ultra enjoyable. Springtime in Mantua is highlighted by the famous Mantua Poppy Fields, in addition to the beautifully green farmland and mountain hillsides surrounding the Reservoir.
