MOVE is the 'ULTIMATE DAYCATION' - Think Coachella Meets Fitness.
Not your typical workout, MOVE is a 2-hr fully choreographed, music-driven experience that blends breathwork, yoga and pilates with contemporary movement, high-energy dance and HIIT through an unforgettable day surrounded by hundreds of Life Athletes that will leave you with an immense feeling of gratitude and pure joy.
