5K timed race and 4K untimed walk options- all proceeds benefit Hartford Hospital Cancer Center. fast and flat and MOSTLY shaded!
They also offer 100/50/25-mile fully supported road rides! The road rides are in and around the Farmington Valley, up to Westfield (Stanley Park) & Granville, MA, around Lake Congamond, on some of the best routes in this area. The 5k run/walk is on the nearby Simsbury Rail Trail.
