The DefiPlate Games 5K is a USATF-measured course that runs through the scenic Hudson Mills Metropark loop. All runners will receive official chip timing, individual results, and event placement recognition. The 5K-only event is part of the DefiPlate™ Hybrid Strength & Speed Competition (which requires a separate registration).
