Join the Annual Superhero for Hope 5K! Fly, run, or walk through scenic Rockford Park to support the Medical Society of Delaware’s OBVIOUS (Obesity, Bullying, Violence, Intelligent decisions, Opioid abuse, Underage drinking, Suicide) Campaign for Kids. This family-friendly event features a competitive 5K, a fun walk, and a community Health Fair focused on youth health, safety, and prevention. Cape-wearing is encouraged for all ages! Proceeds benefit health education programs for Delaware youth. There will be music, a great backdrop, a post-race oatmeal bar, and snacks.
