Race Information

Lace up your shoes and help Family Promise of Lawrence run family homelessness out of town! This fast, flat course is perfect for seasoned racers, walkers, kids in strollers, and pets on a leash. All participants receive a race T-shirt. Prizes will be awarded for the top in-person male and female overall and master’s (40+) finishers, and the top 2 male and female finishers in the 18 & under category. The largest youth team (18 and under) will win prizes. Teams of 4 or more can avail of discounted entry fees. Not in town on race day? No problem! Register for the virtual option and complete your 5K anytime, anywhere during the designated race period. Bring the whole family! Make plans to visit the enhanced Kids' Zone, complete with a large bounce house, face painting, yard games, and craft stations.
