America Mile Challenge
Baytown, Texas, United States
Jul, 2027 (TBD)
Other, 2hr
Race Information
This is about miles, not a 5K, not a fun run, and definitely no “K’s.” Built around one thing—the mile, repeated as many times as you can handle.
On Independence Day, runners take on a 1-mile loop in a true AMRAP format for two hours and do as many rounds as possible, pushing lap after lap through peak Texas heat. This isn’t about finishing a 5K, it’s about how many miles you can grind out when there are no shortcuts, no easing in, and no K’s to hide behind. With cash prizes at stake across four divisions, only a limited number of committed runners will earn a spot in this mile-driven showdown.
