The Annual Westport Island Shore Run 10K is a loop run, on a USATF certified race course, computer timed by 5K Sports Management, and winds along a scenic, wooded road, passing by the water. The race, held on bridge-accessible Westport Island, Maine, has top finisher and age category medals, post-race refreshments, raffle prizes, and benefits the Westport Island Volunteer Firefighters. The Lincoln County News called it "one of Maine's best little 10K road races."
