Race Information

Join the JT 5000 at Expo New Mexico and celebrate the incredible legacy of retired Air Force E9 Chief Master Sergeant and beloved local running coach Joe Tassone. The JT 5000 features different race options for runners of all skill levels: Aim High Mile Race; Team Red, White and Blue 5K; One Medal® Combo 5K & 1 Mile; and the Kids K. For the One Medal® Combo 5K & 1 Mile, runners participate in both the Aim High Mile and the Team Red, White and Blue 5K. Times from both events will be combined, and the top overall female and male finishers will receive a "winner-take-all" cash prize. For more details and registration, visit the JT 5000 Event Page.
