The Peaks and Professors 5K is the first-ever fundraising race hosted by Peaks and Professors, a UW Registered Student Organization and outdoor nonprofit, taking place on UW's campus with both start and finish in Red Square. Runners of all levels — competitors, casual joggers, and scenic-stroll enthusiasts alike — can enjoy a route past campus landmarks, followed by a post-race party with live music, snacks, and giveaways. All proceeds support Peaks and Professors' outdoor education workshops and wilderness accessibility programs, helping break down financial barriers to outdoor experiences for UW students.
