Race Information
Run the Runway gives runners a rare chance to race directly on the runway at Scottsdale Airport. The 5K takes place on the airport tarmac, creating a wide open course surrounded by an active aviation setting that's unlike a typical road race.
The aviation theme continues after the run with an aircraft showcase and festival, giving participants an up-close look at a variety of planes. A one-mile kids run is also part of the event.
