The Annual Acera Insurance Run for L'Arche Event to date has helped raise over $735,000 for L'Arche Calgary programs to support people with developmental disabilities.
L'Arche Calgary has several homes, a Supported Independent Living Program, and a Tamarack Day Program. It also supports dozens of people with live-in assistants, who come from around the world. Today, L’Arche International has a community presence in 38 Countries on five continents, with 29 L’Arche Communities in Canada.
You can sign up for the half marathon, 10 km, 5km or 3km distances on the City of Calgary pathways. There is also a 1Km Fun Run!
