Race Information

The annual BMO Sunshine Coast April Fool’s Run presented by Eastlink is still, after over 40+ years, one of BC's best kept running secrets. This is the third event in the Lower Mainland Road Race Series.

This half marathon happens every April in Gibsons BC, and features a point to point course starting in Gibsons and finishing in Sechelt. The Fool's Half offers a rural setting, great finisher medals, a low entry fee, and friendly West Coast hospitality.

If you're looking for a new half marathon to add to your list this one is worth the quick ferry ride to go and race. Additional options include 2 and 4-person relays, early start for walkers, and free kids run.
