Course Type Trail

Race Information

The original east-of-Wy’east race, this 50-miler and 50K is possibly Go Beyond Racing's most scenic yet. You will want to return to these ridgeline trails again and again.

The Wy’east Wonder is a point-to-point race run mostly on two ridges alongside Mt. Hood; Gunsight Ridge and Surveyor’s Ridge. You will have so many views of Wy’east (the Multnomah Tribe word for Mt. Hood) as you make your way from its southern side around to the east, that you may actually get tired of looking at it. Go Beyond Racing will take your breath away, and it's not just because of the run. The 50M route has 7,600′ of elevation gain and 10,600 of loss. The 50K has 4,300′ of gain and 7,200′ of loss.
