Race Information

The Iron Legs 20k, 60km, 50 miler, 100km, and relay is held near Bragg Creek in Kananaskis Country, Alberta.

The 20km race takes you from Station Flats to Allan Bill and back.  It might only be 20km but there is still lots of elevation gain and plenty of single track, and to top it off it will be run mostly in the dark with a 9:30 pm start time.

The 60km race takes you up onto a ridge before looping around through a valley and coming back over the ridge and towards the finish.  The course offers amazing views of the Canadian Rockies and a fantastic single track that will challenge all those on the course.

The 50-mile trail runs beside and up onto Moose Mountain and offers a fantastic single track and stunning views of the Canadian Rockies.  The course is mostly on single-track trails with some fire roads and lots of elevation change.

The 100km race follows the 50-mile course for the first 75km before turning off and following an amazing single track.  There are still lots of climbing and technical trails so don't take it lightly.

The 50-mile distance can be run by a relay team of 2 or 3 runners.
