Reebok Ragnar Road Minnesota is an incredible 200-ish mile journey of pure Americana at its finest.
Your overnight running relay adventure begins in St. Paul. Your team of 12 will wind your way past countless northern Minnesota lakes, through quaint towns, and along the St. Croix River as you head north toward Duluth. This beautiful course takes advantage of shaded, paved paths and is perfect for any level of runner.
As if all that wasn't enough, the last three legs of your journey will give you spectacular views of your final destination, Lake Superior, where you’ll join your team to cross the finish line together. Dip your toes in the crisp, cool water while you bask in the glory of achieving something that will have your whole team asking “When can we do that again?”

Prevent Injury & Run Your Best
One of the biggest training mistakes runners make is leaving recovery to chance.
Running demands a lot from our bodies, if we’re not keeping up with maintenance, then it will eventually break down.
The best way to prevent injury while training for an event is with targeted mobility and strength work.
Our friends at Dynamic Runner have created easy to follow routines, 15 - 20 minutes in length, that will keep you running pain free all the way to the finish line.
