Race Information
Ragnar Trail Wisconsin is still the best running party under the stars. Runners come together at Nine Mile Forest - nestled ten miles outside of Wisconsin’s outdoor mecca, Wausau. Nine Mile Forest is known for cross-country ski trails but when the snow melts, there are miles of epic single-track running trails waiting just for you.
Your team of 8 (or 4) runners will set out to conquer a series of three challenging trails that meander under a canopy of oak, pine, and birch trees. And when the sun goes down, run the night away with headlamps and a billion stars lighting the way. Just because this is the Midwest doesn't mean the route won't be technical as you hop over roots and rocks, so get ready for a challenge. Any level of runner can come to conquer these twisty turny trails as you find yourself in this journey of adventure, self-discovery and sheer nature-loving goodness.
