Girls on the Run (GOTR) programs change lives--girls are inspired to be healthy, confident, and joyful during the 10-week training. The 5K run is the culmination of the experience, where girls run with their coaching Running Buddies, cross the finish line, and understand that they have limitless potential.
The Community 5K Run is a perfect way for the entire community to support this cause. This season, to ensure the safety of their participants, each Girls on the Run team will host their own small event/celebration, but they invite the rest of the community to join in supporting them through their virtual event!
