Race Information

Join the annual Hospital Hill Run, a Kansas City running tradition ongoing since 1974! With a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K distance options, experience the "Thrill of the Hill," as you participate in the "Grandfather of all Kansas City Road Races."

The event starts and finishes at Crown Center and the racecourse features many of Kansas City's most notable icons - the T-Mobile Center, the World War I Memorial, and the Nelson Art Gallery, to name a few.
