Move Forward 5k/10k
Race Information
The Move Forward 5K and 10K event is open to experienced runners, casual walkers, and families. The race was originally created as a community outreach service project and quickly grew from there. The race raises needed funds for the Foundation for Physical Therapy and Canine Companions for Independence. The Move Forward 5K and 10K only continues to grow and is recognized as an annual Denver event to raise awareness of the role of physical therapists in health promotion and wellness, while encouraging the local community to increase their exercise and physical activities.
Gather your friends and family, and get ready to run for a great cause. Race day kicks off with registration and packet pick up before the actual running begins. The 10K runners will take off first, with the 5K group following shortly after. Enjoy food and entertainment after the race as you take some time to relax.
