Ostomates, advocates, friends and families come run the Ostomy AWEARness 5k fun run! Ostomy health fair, advocacy groups, and education free to all community members. Proceeds benefit the United Ostomy Association of America.
Run Pick of the Month - Astoria Run on the River
Get a unique locally made, stamped glass finisher medal on May 11, 2024.
Run on the River is Astoria's premier half marathon, 10k, and 5k. You can expect for take in beautiful views of the Columbia River on the fast, and flat course along the Astoria river walk.
Couple more things that we think make this run worth checking out; all finishers earn a hand blown glass medal from Fern Hill Glass Studio, and, the race finishes up at the Buoy Beer lager festival (craft beer and food carts!).
