RBC Race for the Kids offers a 5K race in support of youth mental health. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, this is the event for you. You choose the distance that works for you and we’ll help you every step of the way.
Did you know that 1.2 million young Canadians struggle with mental health issues, such as anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, depression and addiction yet only one in five receive the medical care they need? This event supports the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook to connect young people with vital mental health and addiction services.
Run Pick of the Month - Toronto Marathon
Looking to qualify for Boston? The Toronto Marathon is a fast point to point Boston qualifier happening May 5, 2024.
The Marathon course is quick, downhill, and scenic. Starting at Yonge and Sheppard in North York and finishing at Exhibition Place, you'll run through many of the city’s great neighbourhoods.
This run also features a popular half marathon (also with a downhill course), 10k run, and 5k run/walk.
